This is hands down the best late night munchies snack ever. After I discovered this recipe a few years ago, it has been a favorite college treat of mine. I don’t think there is such a thing as too much. I just adore these instant microwave cakes. These microwave cakes are literally the easiest dessert to make and individual servings so you wont over snack…that is assuming you can resist the urge to make two, or three, or if you’re really bad four
All you need is a few spoonfuls of the mix, water, a cute mug, microwave, and viola! Perfect dessert!

Total Ingredient Cost: $4.50
Ingredients:
- Angel food cake mix – 1 box (MUST have one of your cake mixes an Angel food cake mix to work)
- Cake mix of choice – 1 box
- Water – 3 Tbs. (or milk – 3 Tbs.)
- Microwave safe mug
- Large air tight storage container (for mixing/storing)
Utensils:
- Microwave
Stir both cake mixes together in large air tight container until well blended.

Add 4 tablespoons of cake mixture to microwave safe coffee mug.

Add 3 tablespoons of water or milk to the mug. Mix well.

Heat in microwave for 45 seconds – 1 minute depending on your microwave. Let cool, then eat up!

You can easily jazz these desserts up by adding in a Rolo, caramel, Hershey’s Kiss, 3 Musketeers, or experiment with mixing in other candies…crushed Oreo’s maybe? Adding whipped topping or chocolate syrup never hurts either
